Your images

• Images you upload are processed in memory on our image service and are never written to disk or any permanent storage.
• Each editing session is deleted automatically within 24 hours, and sooner when capacity requires it. Closing the editor discards the session.
• Your images are never used to trainany AI model — ours or anyone else's.
• Exported images are generated in your browser and go straight to your device.

Your account

Signing in with Google is required only to download results. We receive your email address and basic profile (name, avatar) from Google — nothing else. We never see your Google password. Authentication is handled by Supabase; sessions are stored in your browser.

Analytics

We use third-party traffic analytics, product-usage analytics, and a session-replay tool to understand page views, feature usage, and interaction patterns such as clicks and scrolling. These tools may process browser and device information, approximate (IP-based) location, and online identifiers. We do not intentionally send uploaded images, filenames, OCR results, text entered in the editor, or exported images to analytics providers.

You can block analytics with standard browser tools without affecting the editor.

Payments

PixText has a free tier and paid subscription plans. Purchases are handled by a merchant of record (Waffo Pancake) — the seller shown at checkout and on your receipt — which processes your payment, billing address and tax details under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your full card number or security code. We keep records of subscription status, transaction IDs, refunds and abuse reports for as long as needed for accounting, security and legal compliance.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• No storage of your images beyond the processing session.

Your data rights

You can ask us at any time to access the personal data we hold about you (the email address and basic profile from Google sign-in, plus any subscription and transaction records), to correct it, or to delete it — including closing your account entirely. Email hello@pixtext.io from the address linked to your account; we aim to respond within 3 business days.

• Uploaded images aren't part of this data — they are never stored beyond the temporary editing session, so there is nothing to export or delete.
• Some records (such as transactions, refunds and abuse reports) may be retained after account deletion where accounting, security or the law requires it.
• If you believe we've mishandled your data, contact us first and we'll try to fix it; you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
