FAQ
Yes. Editing is free without an account. You only sign in with Google when you download the result — that's it, no credit card, no watermark.
They're processed in memory and never written to storage. Your editing session is cleared within 24 hours, and images are never used for training. What you upload stays yours.
It works best on text placed over backgrounds — screenshots, posters, banners and captions. Text printed directly on textured surfaces (glass, fabric, reflective packaging) is harder to remove cleanly, and results may show some blur. For those, try the manual brush tool.
Size, colour and position are matched automatically. The exact typeface isn't detected yet — you pick from a set of common fonts, which is usually indistinguishable in screenshots and clean layouts.
JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 10MB. Very large images are resized to 4096px on the longest side. Exports download as PNG at the processed resolution.
The manual brush erases anything you paint over — including watermarks and logos on simple backgrounds. Please only edit images you have the rights to use.
Detection works well for Latin-script languages and Chinese. Japanese and Korean aren't reliably detected yet. You can type replacement text in any language, though the built-in fonts are Latin-focused.
